Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product quality inspection and control, conducting inspections and controls on incoming materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure product quality.
2. Timely record and statistically analyze data for each quality inspection stage.
3. Strictly follow inspection norms and standards for inspection and judgment.
4. Be responsible for determining quality standards with customers and handling customer complaints.
5. Prepare operation guidelines for new product inspections and improve those for old products.
6. Lead the analysis, correction, implementation and effect verification of quality abnormalities.
7. Improve the performance evaluation system of this department and conduct monthly performance evaluations for department staff.

Job requirement:
1. Prior experience in the low-voltage electrical industry is preferred;
2. At least 3 years of quality control experience;
3. Excellent ability to coordinate and handle quality affairs, outstanding organizational, leadership, and execution skills, as well as communication skills;
4. Familiar with the requirements of the ISO9000 quality management system;
5. Strong sense of teamwork, able to effectively guide and train subordinates;
6. Good communication skills, problem analysis and judgment, and improvement ability;
7. College degree or above, full-time education;
8. Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to interpret drawings.
