Electrical and mechanical interlocks are provided between the medium voltage conversion switchgear and the medium voltage bypass conversion switchgear.

Intelligent controller of medium voltage bypass transfer switch (BA-Ⅲ HB)
BA-Ⅲ HB medium voltage bypass transfer switch intelligent controller is a medium voltage bypass transfer switch intelligent controller with programmable function, automatic measurement, PT disconnection detection, load step-by-step switching, LCD display and digital communication.
It integrates digitalization, intelligence and networking, realizes automation of measurement and control process, and reduces human errors. It is an ideal product for medium-voltage dual power supply bypass switching.
The intelligent controller of BA-Ⅲ HB medium voltage bypass transfer switch is composed of microprocessor as the core, which can accurately detect two three-phase power supplies, make accurate judgment on power supply abnormalities (over-voltage, under-voltage, phase loss, over-frequency, under-frequency) and output passive control switch values. This device fully considers the application of various bypass switches, and can be directly used in medium voltage single bypass switches and medium voltage double bypass switches.
It can be widely used in data centers, electric power, post and telecommunications, petroleum, coal, metallurgy, railways, municipal administration, intelligent buildings and other industries, as well as departmental electrical devices, server power supply and debugging systems.

◆ Step by step switching function
BA-Ⅲ HB monitors the state (closed/open position) of the multi-channel load switch appliance at the lower stage of the medium voltage automatic transfer switch appliance, and gradually adds the load after the medium voltage automatic transfer switch appliance is converted to the standby power supply according to the settable program to prevent excessive inrush current; And the medium voltage automatic transfer switch appliance gradually disconnects the switch appliance of each load before disconnecting the standby power supply, so as to facilitate the smooth transition of the power supply current, the process is as follows:
1) Under no-load conditions, when BA-Ⅲ HB detects the deviation of common power supply, BA-Ⅲ HB issues action instructions in turn as follows:
A) issuing a command to newly open the load side switch electrical appliance;
b) sending a command to disconnect the switching electrical appliance on the common power supply side;
c) then issuing a command to close the switch electrical appliance on the standby power side;
d) Finally, the instruction is issued to close the switchgear on the load side step by step.
2) The operation sequence after the common power supply is restored is:
A) disconnecting the load-side switching appliance;
b) disconnecting the standby power side switch appliance;
c) Close the commonly used power side switch appliances;
d) Turn on the load side switch appliances step by step.
It can realize the step-by-step switching control of up to 24 load switch appliances, the step-by-step switching interval is adjustable, and the priority of each load switch can be flexibly set.
◆ PT disconnection detection function
When the secondary circuit of voltage transformer (PT) is disconnected, BA-Ⅲ HB shall send out a disconnection alarm signal; Self-fault lock, alarm, can't issue action command.
PT disconnection alarm value and return value can be set according to customer needs or actual working conditions.
